Long time lotr lover. Soon about to graduate with my JD with a long term goal of moving to NZ by 40, and commissioning a hobbit hole to be made for my husband and our baby. I cannot explain how passionate I am about this. Its a real goal of mine and I was wondering if anyone knew a range of how much something like this would cost. I figured I'd be setting aside 2M?
