Is Glenn Phillips in contention for the best fielder ever?

I know Jonty Rhodes is well regarded as the best fielder the game of cricket has ever produced. But just the sheer consistency over the years Glenn Phillips has shown in taking blinders, almost throwing himself on the boundaries and consistent involvement in run outs. I feel like he is outdoing himself every time he comes on the field. Is he the greatest fielder to ever exist? I might be biased because I haven't seen Jonty live, but I have watched a whole lot of his videos and run outs, and the guy is no joke. I would like to know your guys' opinions on this matter!
